By participating in any of our activities, you agree to follow these guidelines and accept the associated responsibilities. Essential Guidelines

Arrival and Timing
  • Arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened activity duration or forfeiture without refund
  • Contact us immediately if you expect to be delayed
  • Check-in with your booking confirmation and valid ID
  • Be prepared for the full duration of the activity
  • Activities may run slightly longer or shorter than scheduled
Age and Health Requirements
  • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times
  • Minimum age requirements vary by activity - check your booking details
  • Pregnant women should consult with us before participating
  • Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or disabilities in advance
  • Some activities require a medical clearance certificate
  • Participants must be physically and mentally fit for the activity
  • We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety concerns arise
Dress Code and What to Bring

Safety and Conduct
  • Follow all instructions from guides and staff members
  • Use safety equipment provided (helmets, life jackets, etc.)
  • Do not consume alcohol before or during activities
  • No smoking in vehicles or designated non-smoking areas
  • Stay with your group and follow the designated route
  • Respect local customs, culture, and traditions
  • Be courteous to other participants and locals
  • Report any injuries or incidents immediately to staff
Photography and Media
  • Photography and videography are allowed at most locations
  • Professional photography may require special permits
  • Drones are prohibited without prior authorization
  • Do not photograph military installations or restricted areas
  • Respect the privacy of other participants
  • We may use photos/videos for promotional purposes
  • Inform staff if you do not wish to be photographed
Personal Belongings
  • Secure all valuables before starting the activity
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items
  • Use waterproof bags for water-based activities
  • Leave unnecessary valuables at your accommodation
  • Mobile phones should be stored securely during activities
  • Lost and found items will be held for 30 days
  • Label your belongings with your name and contact information
Prohibited Items and Behaviors
  • No weapons, drugs, or illegal substances
  • No alcohol consumption before or during activities
  • No disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior
  • No littering - respect the environment
  • No feeding or disturbing wildlife
  • No climbing on monuments or restricted structures
  • No unauthorized route deviations
  • Violation may result in immediate termination without refund
Environmental Responsibility
  • Follow "Leave No Trace" principles
  • Use designated trash bins or take waste with you
  • Respect wildlife and natural habitats
  • Stay on marked trails and paths
  • Minimize water usage in desert environments
  • Support local communities by respecting their culture
  • Choose reusable water bottles over single-use plastic
Emergency Procedures
  • In case of emergency, immediately notify your guide or activity leader
  • Emergency contact numbers will be provided at check-in
  • First aid kits are available with all tour groups

Weather and Cancellations

  • Activities continue in light rain unless deemed unsafe
  • Extreme heat may result in modified schedules for safety
