Welcome to Centaurus Charter. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and using our booking services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Centaurus Charter website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including but not limited to browsing our website, making bookings, and communicating with our team.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You are prohibited from: • Using our services in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law • Impersonating or attempting to impersonate Centaurus Charter, our employees, or other users • Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of our services • Introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Using our services for fraudulent purposes • Scraping or harvesting data without permission Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.
When you make a booking through our website, you agree to the following: • All information provided must be accurate and complete • You are responsible for providing valid payment information • Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed • Payment must be received in full before the service date • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other specified payment methods • All payments are processed securely through our payment partners • You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete • A booking reference number will be provided for your records We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows: • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity: Full refund • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund • No-shows: No refund • Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling option • Cancellations by Centaurus Charter: Full refund Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Some activities may have different cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Additional Terms
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and enjoyment: • Participation in activities is at your own risk • We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations • Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance • We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except where caused by our negligence • You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit for the activities you book • Medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking • We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety concerns arise
Certain activities have age, height, weight, or health restrictions: • Minimum age requirements vary by activity and will be clearly stated • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult • Pregnant women should consult with us before booking • Participants with medical conditions must inform us in advance • We may request medical clearance for certain activities • Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused service without refund
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, videos, and software, is the property of Centaurus Charter or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not: • Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission • Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without authorization • Create derivative works from our content • Use our content for commercial purposes without a license
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, pandemic, natural disasters, government restrictions, or any other force majeure event.
During your activities, we may take photographs and videos for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in our marketing materials, website, and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the beginning of your activity.
Centaurus Charter is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during activities. We recommend leaving valuables in a secure location. Items found will be held for 30 days before being disposed of.
Some of our activities may be operated by third-party partners. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for their actions or services. Separate terms and conditions may apply to these third-party services.
Gift vouchers purchased through Centaurus Charter: • Are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase • Are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person • Cannot be exchanged for cash • Must be presented at the time of booking • May have blackout dates or restrictions • Will not be replaced if lost or stolen
Special terms apply to group bookings (10 or more participants): • A deposit may be required to secure the booking • Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days before the activity • Different cancellation terms may apply • Custom pricing and packages may be available • A group coordinator must be designated
We reserve the right to: • Modify or discontinue any service without notice • Change pricing at any time • Update activity descriptions and itineraries • Substitute activities of equal or greater value if necessary • Change operating hours and availability
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Centaurus Charter regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
