At Centaurus Charter, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling your booking and requesting a refund. We strive to be fair and transparent while balancing the needs of our customers with our operational requirements. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
Standard Cancellation Policy
100% Full Refund
Cancel your booking 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity time and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Processing Time: 7-14 business days
50% Partial Refund
Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before your activity will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Processing Time: 7-14 business days
No Refund
Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity are non-refundable due to operational commitments.
Processing Time: Not applicable
Special Circumstances
If we cancel your activity due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Failure to show up at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
You may request to reschedule your booking subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made 48+ hours in advance are free. Requests made less than 48 hours may incur fees.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us via email, phone, or through your booking account to request a cancellation.
You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your cancellation request within 24 hours.
If eligible, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Exception Policies
In case of medical emergencies preventing participation, we may offer a full refund or rescheduling option with proper medical documentation. Contact us as soon as possible with supporting documents.
For cancellations due to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or force majeure events, full refunds or rescheduling options will be provided regardless of timing.
If your flight to Dubai is cancelled by the airline, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund based on the circumstances. Airline confirmation required.
Groups of 10 or more participants may have customized cancellation policies. These will be outlined in your group booking confirmation and may differ from standard policies.

- Gift vouchers and promotional bookings may have specific terms

- Partial group cancellations follow the same timeframe policies
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance for additional protection
